Shipment Processing Time
All orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday - Friday). The shipping time is typically between 2 and 5 days. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
All subscription orders and one-time orders for 2+ cases within the US gets free shipping.
Currently we ship only to locations within the United States.
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
You will receive an automatic confirmation email immediately after your purchase and the tracking number will be made available to you within 48 hours.
Akeso / NXT Water is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Our products carry a 30-day customer satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with AKESO, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will refund the purchase if we receive the unused portion of the product back within 30 days.
